

Anna Lewis has been working as a contemporary jewellery designer since graduating in 2000 and has exhibited her work on an international level during this time at many prestigious contemporary craft galleries and events. Her work has been featured in several design publications including Elle Décor Italia, Elle Decoration, Living Etc, Crafts Magazine and The Times. In the last couple of years Anna has expanded her creativity to work on large-scale installation pieces and interprets her ideas in collaborative photography projects within a stylist and set design role. Concepts and symbolic interpretations of memory, memorial, superstition and amulets are interconnecting themes which inspire the work be it jewellery, installation or photographic styling. An innovative use of mixed media often combine with delicate printed imagery is adapted from materials such as feathers, leather, wood, silk, stones, silver and vintage objects. Most of the work is created by hand but also utilises new technologies such as laser cutting and digital print. Each piece is unique, installations are site specific and frequently incorporate delicate, suspended, multiple components.
Jewellery is available to special order or commission and Anna is also able to work on installation or styling projects.
